As the IEEE Industry Applications Society, we are focused on supporting activity in industry, as well as publishing research to support industrial activity. In addition to the Technical Committee Technical Paper Sessions, the 2024 Annual Meeting will have an industry track with increased focus on industry with Industry Presentation Sessions and Special Panel Sessions. Industry Presentations
The Industry Presentations sessions are designed for industrial practitioners to present to other industrial practitioners about one of three areas.
- Lessons Learned
- Case Studies
- Best Practices
Presentations will be 20 minutes in length, with acceptance based on abstract submission, without requiring a full technical paper.
Special Panel Sessions
Panel sessions are designed to encourage conversations between participants on emerging topics of interest to industry. Again, technical papers are not required, with a focus on understanding challenges facing our industries. Panel sessions will be 90 minutes long.
