The IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS) Annual Meeting 2024 will be held in Phoenix, AZ, from 20-24 October 2024. The IAS Annual Meeting has established a long tradition of providing a platform for practicing engineers, researchers, and technical experts to present and discuss current developments and future trends in applications of electrical technology to fields such as industrial and commercial power systems, electrical standards, data centers, process controls, robotics and automation, electrostatics, mining, metals, smart grid, smart cities, and smart manufacturing. In 2024 we are holding an Industry Track focused on developments that impact practicing engineers working in industry.

This call for industry presentations targets those working in areas related to the fields listed above with one of three key themes:

• Industry Best Practices
• Case Studies
• Lessons Learned

Industry presenters will give a 20 minutes presentation, followed by 5 minutes reserved for questions. Submission of a written paper is not required. The submitted abstract will be listed in the conference record, but the presentation materials will not be published in the conference record or on IEEE Xplore. Presentations should be focused on the technical aspects, purely promotional submissions will be rejected.
