Registration
Attendees will be able to register for the IAS Annual Meeting alone, or for both the Annual Meeting and the co-located IEEE ECCE Conference. Conference social events will be common to both conferences, however technical, panel and special session attendance requires registration at the relevant conference. Students and Life Members automatically are granted access to both meetings.
Advance Registration is available until 04 September 2024. After 04 September, Regular registration rates apply.

Accommodations
A special single/double group rate of US$249 per night for IEEE IAS Annual Meeting 2024 attendees. This group rate is exclusive of taxes (currently at 12.57%).
Reservations must be made by on Friday, 27 September 2024 at 5:00pm Pacific Time (+7 UTC) in order to get the group rate. Once the room block is sold out, the hotel will offer rooms/rates based upon availability.
