Travel Requirements for Visitors to Canada
If you are traveling from outside Canada, you may need to apply for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before your trip.
For detailed information about these application processes, please visit Visit Canada.
To determine whether you need a TRV or an eTA, check the official requirements using the link provided below.
Visa Letter for TRV or eTA Applications
If you require a visa letter, you can request one during the registration process.
Once your registration is completed and fully paid, you will receive a visa letter that includes a special event code specific to the IAS Annual Meeting to support your visa application.
Application Processing Times
You can view current processing times for your region on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website.
We strongly encourage all participants to register and submit their visa applications as early as possible.
